On the nature of energy:

It can be argued that energy is a perspective on the context of existence.  Energy is not limited to radiation, combustion, or drain, which encompass oils, gases, or mineral used for energy production  The artifacts that we see as energy such as coal, petroleum , or plant based fuels are concentrations of easily convertible energy.  However energy is proportional with change, and the method by which energy is condensed into these artifacts is, or was, by change it self.

Any change in the state of nature is energetic.  This means that a change in mass, velocity, or context represents harvestable energy sources.

This is particularly true in the context of existing gravitational fields, as demonstrated by my inventions the PEC (pressure energy converter, PRS (pressure rotation system), and GFG (gravity flotation generator) devices.  In each case the devices employ gravity harvesting to generate either electrical or mechanical energy.  These systems are described as E : abs(mass1 - mass2)

I believe that energy is the substance of matter and antimatter.  Einstein postulates that E=MC2  as a method of determining the amount of energy that can be realized from a specific quantity of mass given an established invariant light speed.  However, this formula also intimates that all mass is a form of energy.

I feel that energy is the substance of the universe, and that it is continuous and infinite.   This explains the problem of gravity, and the dual theory of light, as both particles and wave.  If energy is viewed as analogous to water, then light propagates by a series of sub-atomic excitations, wherein an initial change, within a specific range of potentials, is induced by some structural event.  This structural change then propagates like electrons but within a specific range that acts as what we know as photons.

Gravity is a property of energy which tends to reduce entropy, much like crystallization.  Gravity consequently can operate instantaneously over a distance because at all distances are parts of the substance of energy, much like the operation of a magnetic field which exists constantly and entraps any item which is attractive.
